IT IS 2 FEET BELOW GROUND LEVEL IN A 6 INCH P.V.C. PIPE ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE HUDSON PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH PROPERTY. 2.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SIDEWALK. GOOD FOR GPS.
