HOWE ECC (ACS) IS A CITY OF AKRON DISK STAMPED HOWE ECC, SET IN THE TOP OF A 6 INCH SQUARE CONCRETE POST THAT IS 6 INCHES UNDER A 9 INCH ROUND MAN HOLE COVER. IT IS 11.3 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING, 8 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF A SIDEWALK, AND 2.1 FEET EAST OF THE EAST WALL OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING.
