IN EAST AKRON, AT THE INTERSTATE 76 HIGHWAY BRIDGE OVER THE CONRAIL RAILROAD, SET VERTICALLY IN THE EAST FACE AND NEAR THE NORTH END OF THE WEST ABUTMENT OF THE BRIDGE, 25.90 METERS (85.0 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF 3RD AVENUE, 4.87 METERS (16.0 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST RAIL OF THE TRACKS, 1.12 METERS (3.7 FT) SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST ABUTMENT OF THE BRIDGE. THE STATION IS 0.91 METERS ABOVE THE HEIGHT OF TRACKS .
