DESCRIBED BY CITY OF AKRON OHIO 1963 (VBM) THE STATION IS ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF DOWNTOWN AKRON AND NEAR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE HIGHEST PART OF THE ROOF OF THE GLOVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT 932 HAMMEL STREET. IT IS 5 FEET EAST OF THE WEST COPING OF THE ROOF AND 4.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH COPING. THE MARK IS A CITY OF AKRON DISK STAMPED GLOVER SET IN THE TOP OF AN 8 INCH CONCRETE MONUMENT PROJECTING 4 INCHES ABOVE THE ROOF. RECOVERY NOTE SUMMIT COUNTY ENGINEER 2011 GLOVER SCHOOL HAS BEEN RAZED AND A NEW SCHOOL BUILT
