DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1937 AT CUYAHOGA FALLS, SUMMIT COUNTY, 0.8 MILE NORTH ALONG THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD FROM THE STATION, 120 YARDS SOUTH OF THE CROSSING OF FRONT STREET, AT BRIDGE 7-09 OVER CUYAHOGA RIVER, IN THE TOP OF THE NORTH END OF THE WEST CONCRETE BALLAST DECK, 5.7 FEET WEST OF THE WEST RAIL, AND ABOUT 2/3 FOOT LOWER THAN THE TOP OF THE RAIL.
