IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE OHIO EDISON BUILDING, 5.6 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 6 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH EDGE OF A SIDEWALK, 19 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF THE NORTH ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING, 79 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING AND ABOUT 150 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH MAIN STREET AND PERKINS STREET. THE MARK IS A CITY OF AKRON DISK STAMPED EDISON ECC SET IN THE TOP OF A 6 INCH SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT 4 INCHES BELOW THE SURFACE OF A 3 FOOT SQUARE OF CONCRETE AND COVERED WITH A 9 INCH IRON COVER.
