DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 AT AKRON, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH CONCRETE PILLAR OF THE WEST END OF THE EXPRESSWAY OVER MANCHESTER ROAD, AT THE JUNCTION OF RUSSELL STREET AND MANCHESTER ROAD, 75.0 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF RUSSELL STREET, 7.4 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF MANCHESTER ROAD AND 2.3 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK.
