Description of Location

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1943 (APR) STATION IS LOCATED ON THE W SIDE OF TWELFTH STREET IN THE CITY OF CUYAHOGA FALLS. IT IS A 12-LEGGED STRUCTURE, ABOUT 130 FEET HIGH AND PAINTED DARK GREEN. THE POINT OBSERVED ON WAS THE SMALL BALL ON TOP OF THE TANK. TO REACH FROM WEST BROAD BOULEVARD AND TWELFTH STREET IN THE CITY OF CUYAHOGA FALLS, GO N ON TWELFTH STREET FOR 0.25 MILE TO TANK ON THE LEFT. THIS IS AN INTERSECTION STATION. RECOVERY NOTE BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 (VBM) THE STATION WAS FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION, WITH IT NOW BEING PAINTED SILVER. RECOVERY NOTE BY UNITED STATES POWER SQUADRON 1988 (MRP) RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION
