IT IS A CITY OF AKRON DISK STAMPED CUYAHOGA SET IN THE TOP OF A 6 INCH SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT 4 INCHES BELOW THE SURFACE OF A 3 FOOT SQUARE OF CONCRETE AND COVERED WITH A 9 INCH IRON COVER. RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 AT AKRON, 0.3 MILE NORTH ALONG CUYAHOGA STREET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF WEST TALLMADGE AVENUE LEADING EAST AND TALLMADGE PARKWAY LEADING WEST, 47 FEET EAST-SOUTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HOUSE AT 556 CUYAHOGA STREET, 27 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A FIRE HYDRANT, 19 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF THE STREET, 11 FEET EAST OF THE WEST CURB OF THE STREET, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST 4 INCHES BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE SURFACE OF THE STREET ACCESS TO WHICH IS HAD THROUGH A 9 INCH CAST IRON COVER MARKED AKRON SURVEY 1963.
