DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1967 AT WARWICK, 0.15 MILE EAST ALONG THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD FROM THE SWITCH TOWER, IN SECTION 31, R 10 W, T 2 N, 80 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE CROSSING OF SECOND AVENUE SOUTH AND THE EASTBOUND MAIN TRACK, 47 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF THE JUNCTION OF SECOND AVE SOUTH AND SOUTH DIVISION STREET, 59 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE EAST CORNER OF A CONCRETE BASE FOR SIGNAL, 49.7 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RAIL OF THE EASTBOUND TRACK, 16 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST RAIL OF THE CONNECTING TRACK, 1.1 FEET EAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE STREET AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.1 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND.
