DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 (VBM) THE STATION IS THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE SPIRE, LOCATED IN THE CIRCLE IN THE TOWN OF TALLMADGE AND ABOUT 200 FEET NORTH THE TALLMADGE CITY HALL. IT IS A TALL WOODEN BUILDING PAINTED WHITE WITH A TALL SLIM SPIRE ON ITS SOUTH END. ITS OVERALL HEIGHT IS ABOUT 100 FEET. RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1977 (JRS) THE STATION WAS RECOVERED, WITH PREVIOUS DESCRIPTION IN QUAD 410812-1035. THE 1963 DESCRIPTION IS ADEQUATE. DESCRIBED BY B.R. LEWIS.
