DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1954 AT AKRON, ABOUT 0.7 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD FROM THE UNION STATION, ABOUT 0.1 MILE SOUTHWEST OF MILE POST 14, IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE THIRD PIER BASE WEST OF THE EAST END OF MC COY STREET FOOT BRIDGE NO. 14.12 OVER THE TRACKS AND ABOUT 4 FEET ABOVE GROUND. RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 RECOVERED AS DESCRIBED. RECOVERY NOTE 2013 SCE- BRIDGE AND ALL PIERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
