DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1967 AT WARWICK, NEAR THE CROSSING OF THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD AND THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD, IN SECTION 31, R 10 W, T 2 N, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTH FACE OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE TWO-STORIED RED BRICK SWITCH TOWER, 0.3 FOOT EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 3.4 FEET ABOVE THE CONCRETE LANDING AT THE BASE OF THE METAL STAIR AND 3 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE TRACK.
