DARRELL S. SEIBERT, SEIBERT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, 3724 COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE, CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO 44224. TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAYS 59 AND 43 IN KENT, GO WEST ON STATE HIGHWAY 59 FOR 2.15 MILES TO A PAVED SIDE ROAD ON THE RIGHT. TURN RIGHT AND GO NORTHWEST ON FISHCREEK ROAD FOR 0.95 MILE TO A CROSSROAD (GRAHAM ROAD). CONTINUE AHEAD ON FISHCREEK ROAD FOR 0.7 MILE TO A FARM ROAD ON THE RIGHT. TURN RIGHT AND GO EAST ON THE FARM ROAD FOR 0.05 MILE TO THE STATION ON THE LEFT. STATION MARKS ARE STANDARD DISKS STAMPED---STOW 1977---. THE SURFACE DISK IS SET IN THE TOP OF A 12-INCH CYLINDRICAL CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND SURFACE. IT IS 391 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF FISHCREEK ROAD AND 34 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF A FARM ROAD. THE UNDERGROUND DISK IS SET IN AN IRREGULAR MASS OF CONCRETE 42 INCHES BELOW THE GROUND SURFACE. REFERENCE MARK 1, STAMPED---STOW NO 1 1977---, IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A 12-INCH CYLINDRICAL CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND SURFACE. IT IS 27 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF FISHCREEK ROAD, 2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST AND 1 FOOT SOUTHWEST OF A WIRE FENCE. REFERENCE MARK 2, STAMPED---STOW NO 2 1977---, IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A 12-INCH CYLINDRICAL CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT PROJECTS 3 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND SURFACE. IT IS 200 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER OF FISHCREEK ROAD, 2 FEET WEST OF A METAL WITNESS POST AND 1 FOOT SOUTH OF A WIRE FENCE. NO SUITABLE LOCATION WAS FOUND FOR AN AZIMUTH MARK.
