IT IS IN THE SOUTHEAST ANGLE OF THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAYS 21 AND 585 AND WOOSTER AVENUE. IT IS INSIDE OF THE LOOP FORMED BY THE SOUTH BOUND LANE OF STATE HIGHWAY 21 WHERE IT EXITS ONTO EAST BOUND STATE HIGHWAY 21 (WOOSTER AVENUE). OWNERSHIP--ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
