DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 ABOUT 2.55 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD FROM THE CROSSING OF STATE HIGHWAY 619 AT MYERSVILLE, ABOUT 0.25 MILE SOUTHEAST OF STATE HIGHWAY 241 OVERPASS, BETWEEN THE THIRD AND FOURTH POLE NORTHWEST OF MILEPOLE 32+10, SET IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHEAST WING WALL OF A DOUBLE PIPE CULVERT WITH 26 FOOT HEAD WALLS UNDER THE RAILROAD, 22.7 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST RAIL AND ABOUT 6 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE TRACK.
