IT IS IN THE CENTER OF MILDRED AVENUE, 25.2 FEET EAST OF THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AND THE CENTERLINE OF NORTH MAIN STREET, 28 FEET SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF A STREET LAMP POST AND 28.9 FEET NORTH-NORTHWEST OF A STREET SIGN POST AT THE SOUTHEAST ANGLE OF THE INTERSECTION. THE MARK IS A CITY OF AKRON DISK STAMPED MILDRED SET IN THE TOP OF A 6 INCH SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT 4 INCHES BELOW THE SURFACE OF A 3 FOOT SQUARE OF CONCRETE AND COVERED WITH A 9 INCH IRON COVER. RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 AT AKRON, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH MAIN STREET AND MILDRED AVENUE, IN THE CENTER LINE OF MILDRED AVENUE, 25.2 FEET EAST OF THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AND CENTER LINE OF NORTH MAIN STREET, 29 FEET NORTH-NORTHWEST OF A STREET SIGN POST AT THE SOUTHEAST ANGLE OF THE INTERSECTION, 28 FEET SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF A STREET LAMP POST, SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST 4 INCHES BELOW THE SURFACE OF THE AVENUE ACCESS TO WHICH IS HAD THROUGH A 9-INCH IRON COVER MARKED AKRON SURVEY 1963.
