DESCRIBED BY WOOLPERT CONSULTANTS 1994 THE STATION IS LOCATED 18.1' WEST OF CENTERLINE OF PAVEMENT OF PIRATES TRAIL, 96.2' SOUTH OF EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF PAVEMENT OF TRADEWIND COVE, 73.8' SOUTH OF A FIRE HYDRANT AND 87.3' NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF AN INLET. IT IS ALSO 97.8' SOUTHWEST OF THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF PIRATES TRAIL AND TRADEWIND COVE, LOCATED BETWEEN HOUSE NUMBERS 10066 & 10074.
