DESCRIBED BY WOOLPERT CONSULTANTS 1994 THE STATION IS LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE CUL-DE-SAC OF WOODCHUCK COURT. IT IS 18.3' SOUTHWEST TO FACE OF CURB 6.4' WEST TO FACE OF CURB 9.8' NORTH FROM FACE OF CURB AND 10.4' NORTHEAST FROM FACE OF CURB.12.3' SOUTH OF 8 INCH TREE.
