DESCRIBED BY WOOLPERT CONSULTANTS 1994 THE STATION IS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH ST. AND SPICER. IT IS 75.8' EAST OF A FENCE CORNER, 7.7' SOUTH OF A FENCE, 13.36' WEST OF A FENCE. IT IS 39.9' SOUTHWEST OF A POWER POLE, AND 81.61' SOUTHWEST OF A LARGE POWER POLE ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE SUMMIT COUNTY ENGINEER.
