AND 198.5' SOUTH OF A POWER POLE # 12/30 AND IS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM HOUSE #1555 PORTAGE LINE ROAD.(POLES TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH OF MON DISK HAVE THE SAME NUMBER)
