DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 AT AKRON, ALONG WHITE POND DRIVE, IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE CITY, ABOUT 1.1 MILE NORTH OF THE JUNCTION OF WHITE POND DRIVE AND STATE HIGHWAY 162 (COPLEY ROAD), SET ON THE TOP OF THE EAST END OF THE NORTH CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF A 20 FOOT LONG BRIDGE OVER A RUN, 21 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF WHITE POND DRIVE AND 1 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE DRIVE. NOTE BY SUMMIT COUNTY ENGINEER UNABLE TO LOCATE. AREA HAS BEEN REBUILT WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSTATE 77 AND THE REPAVING AND WIDENING OF WHITE POND DRIVE.
