IT IS ALSO 145.8' NORTH OF CENTERLINE OF PAVEMENT OF GREENTREE 134.4' SOUTHEAST OF THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF LEEWOOD DRIVE AND WOODLAKE 148.5' NORTHEAST OF LEEWOOD DRIVE AND GREENTREE. BETWEEN HOUSES #3997 AND #3987 LEEWOOD DRIVE.
