DESCRIBED BY WOOLPERT CONSULTANTS 1994 THE STATION IS LOCATED 16.2' SOUTH OF CENTERLINE OF PAVEMENT OF DERRWOOD DRIVE AND 187.9'+- EAST OF APPROXIMATE CENTER OF CUL-DE-SAC. IT IS ALSO 24.6' SOUTHWEST OF THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF DERRWOOD DRIVE AND A CONCRETE DRIVEWAY FOR HOUSE #4243 DERRWOOD DRIVE 39.5' SOUTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A CONCRETE COVER OVER AN INLET AND 2.7' N.W. OF THE N.W. CORNER OF A CATCHBASIN. NOT SUITABLE FOR GPS.
