DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 AT AKRON, IN THE WEST PART OF THE CITY, ALONG COLLIER ROAD, 0.3 MILE SOUTH OF THE JUNCTION OF COPLEY AND COLLIER ROAD, SET ON THE TOP OF THE EAST END OF THE SOUTH CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF THE COLLIER ROAD BRIDGE OVER PIGEON CREEK, NEAR THE CROSSING OF THE AKRON AND BARBERTON BELTWAY, 22.2 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH RAIL, 19 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF COLLIER ROAD AND 1/2 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF COLLIER ROAD. THERE IS A NEW BRIDGE WITH NEW ABUTMENTS AT THIS LOCATION. THE DISTANCE OF 19 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF COLLIER ROAD NOW FALLS IN THE ROADWAY.
