OF A TELEPHONE POLE #73BF/3B-14, 107 FEET EAST OF CL. OF DRIVE FOR HSE#3081, 14 FEET NORTH OF CL. OF WISE ROAD. FOUND 5 INCHES DEEP IN GRAVEL FOR HSE #3101. GOOD GPS. UNABLE TO LOCATE, UNDER PAV'T.
