DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1967 ABOUT 0.5 MILE SOUTHEAST ALONG THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD FROM THE SWITCH TOWER AT WARWICK, ABOUT 0.15 MILE SOUTH OF A BLACK TOPPED ROAD CROSSING, ABOUT 1 RAIL NORTH OF MILEPOST 107-35, SET ON THE TOP OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE SECOND STEP DOWN FOR THE NORTHWEST STONE WING WALL OF THE RAILROAD BRIDGE OVER CHIPPEWA CREEK, 9.7 FEET WEST OF THE WEST RAIL OF THE WEST TRACK AND 3 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE TRACK. IN SECTION 31, R 10 W, T 2 N. NOTE-- MARK MAY ALSO BE REACHED BY GOING 2.9 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD FROM THE CROSSING OF STATE HIGHWAY 93 AT CANAL FULTON, STARK COUNTY, OHIO. NEW MONUMENT HAS BEEN SET C-178 RESET IN NEW BRIDGE.
