DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 AT BARBERTON, IN THE NORTH PART OF THE CITY, AT THE SITE OF THE BARBERTON WATER TANK, (NORTH ONE), ON TOP OF A HILL, 0.1 MILE NORTH ALONG SUMMIT ROAD FROM ITS JUNCTION WITH HERMANN STREET, THENCE 0.1 MILE EAST UPHILL ALONG A DIM TRACK ROAD, 35.5 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE LARGE ROUNDED TANK, 108.3 FEET NORTHEAST OF AND ACROSS THE DIM ROAD FROM THE STATION, 16 1/2 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD WHICH CIRCLES THE TANK, SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 2 INCHES ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND AND ABOUT 2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE ROAD.
