DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 ABOUT 0.7 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 532 (NORTHWEST AVENUE) FROM THE NORTHWEST PART OF THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE AT TALLMADGE, NEAR THE JUNCTION OF MARK DRIVE, SET ON THE TOP OF THE NORTHWEST END OF THE SOUTHWEST CONCRETE HEAD WALL OF A 3-FOOT BOX CULVERT WITH WING WALL UNDER THE HIGHWAY, 98 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF MARK DRIVE, 27 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE HIGHWAY AND ABOUT 4 FOOT BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.
